Specialized Therapeutic Analysis Resources (or STAR), provides behavior analytic training, early intervention behavioral health supports and educational interventions to address developmental concerns and challenges and improve health and well being. The STAR Initiative utilizes access to interprofessional collaborators to perform different functions to contribute to this improvement. This interdisciplinary team of professionals, BCBA, RBT, LCSW, Early Intervention Specialists bring different tools, skills and greater knowledge and expertise ensuring challenges are addressed from all angles and perspectives providing clients access to greater innovation, and broader ranges of expertise and services. For families this can ease the struggle of navigating access to resources and provide targeted interventions for children who may benefit from systematic, scalable and solution focused interventions. Strategies are provided to teachers, parents and guardians to ensure that implementation and change occurs across all settings.

STAR believes this teamwork reduces bureaucratic and professional barriers to success by leveraging partnerships with parents/guardians, teachers, school administrators, health and mental health professionals, community members and organizations and results in the best outcomes for children and their families.
